Q: How do I access the post-test and how is it graded?

A: All our courses and post-tests are completely online. No mailing – no faxing. Once you’ve purchased a membership or a specific course and you’re ready to take the test, just click the ‘Take Quiz’ button at the top of the course and the online post-test will display. Complete the post-test, click submit, and your results are provided instantly. The completion certificate is then available to save or print. All completed course certificates are saved within your profile under the ‘Certificates’ link for access at any time.

Q: What is the passing score for a post-test?

A: We are required to follow rules set by ARRT. The minimum passing score set by ARRT is 75% and only 3 attempts are allowed. All post-tests are ‘open-book’ and users may open another internet browser window or tab to display the course while completing the post-test. The post-test is NOT timed. Hint: to find specific words within an article press Control + F (Command + F if using Mac) to search for exactly what you are trying to find.

Q: What if I start a post-test but lose my internet connection or have to

stop at some point?

A: As long as you do not click ‘Submit’ on the post-test, the attempt will not be scored or counted and answers will not be saved.

Q: Why do some post-tests have more questions than others?

A: Beginning in 2016 the number of required post-test questions per CE credit dropped. Courses approved since 1 January 2016 have fewer post-test questions.

Q: Are these courses accepted by ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB and/or CAMRT?

A: Yes – all our courses are accepted by ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB and CAMRT.

Q: Are these courses accepted by Florida?

A: Yes - All courses accepted by Florida are identified with the specific content type (ie Technical or Personal Development).

Q: How do I get 1 free CE?

A: See our video demo by clicking here.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We care about our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us ASAP to review your specific situation. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will gladly issue a refund for the unused portion of your purchase.

Q: What is included within a Technologist/Student/Military membership?

A: Click here for information on all our memberships.

Q: What does the ‘Activity accredited through’ date mean on my completion

A: That date is required by ARRT to be included on the certificates. All our courses are approved for use on the date you complete them and they will be accepted throughout your certification period/biennium.

Q: Can I complete CE on my smart phone or tablet?

A: Yes – our website is optimized for use on any internet device (ie desktop, laptop, tablet or smart phone).

Q: Do you take suggestions for future CE activities?

A: Absolutely! We want to hear what you’re passionate about so that we can develop CE that the profession is interested in. Select categories of interest when signing up or send us an email.

Q: Do you help authors with the process to create CE activities to list on

A: Yes – we believe that there are many Technologists, Radiologists, Educators, Nurses, Physicists and others within the Diagnostic Imaging community that offer unique perspectives and skill sets to contribute interesting CE activities. Check out our ‘Create CE’ page and contact us today if you’re interested in working with us!

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: Click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link below the password bar from the login page. Enter your email address and instructions will be emailed to you automatically. If you would like to change your password once logged into your profile, from the ‘Profile’ page select ‘Reset Password’ located toward the bottom right of the page.

Q: How many CE credits are in your library?

A: As of this posting we have over 35 CE credits approved and available. This number is constantly growing and we plan to add at least 12-24 additional credits per year.

Q: How realistic are your registry preps?

A: Our registry prep tests were developed by a team of educators within the profession. Each question represents a specific content category within the ARRT specifications and the preps provide roughly the same number of questions per category that you would see in the ARRT exam.

Q: What web browser is recommended for your site?

A: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer (version 11 or higher) are all approved browsers. Our website is also mobile optimized for use on tablets and smartphones.

Q: What’s the difference between Category A and A+ CE credits?

A: A+ credit is awarded to activities that meet the content criteria for registered radiologist assistants. ARRT, ARDMS, CAMRT and NMTCB all accept A+ and A credits for technologists.
